All castings are completely
disassembled and thoroughly cleaned using industrial cleaning compounds
and equipment. Any component that does not meet AutoLine’s rigid standards
is replaced with parts that equal, or exceed, original manufacturers specifications.
All housings are thoroughly
inspected, including all port threads and seats.
Aluminium housings
are sleeved using press fit, chemically bonded low carbon steel sleeves.
All units are remanufactured
with completely new seal kits. Top quality bellows and inner tie rods are
supplied with all applicable units.
New mounting bushings
are supplied with most applications.
All AutoLine units
are 100% tested to ensure a trouble free installation.
Tests performed include;
wet and dry preload
tests.
dry nitrogen seal
test.
*This test exposes all internal seals to sub-zero temperatures
to ensure sealing integrity during cold weather operation.
high pressure leak
test.
hydraulic flow
test.
road simulator
test.
All AutoLine quality remanufactured rack and pinion are guaranteed for two years or 40,000 km from date of installation, 90 days on commercial and off-road applications.
